How We Started

Born From a Problem We Lived Ourselves

DiasporaCareer was built by someone who knows exactly what it feels like to be overqualified and underemployed in a foreign country. To have a first class degree and still clean offices. To send applications and hear nothing.

After discovering that a single LinkedIn skill badge led to a career opportunity in tech — growing through years of work to be part of a company acquisition — it became clear that the information gap was the real problem. Not the talent. Not the work ethic. The information.

Professionals living abroad are among the most educated, resilient and adaptable people in the world. They just aren't given the roadmap that others take for granted. DiasporaCareer exists to be that roadmap.

With a background in Psychology, Communication, and Customer Success in the tech industry — we combine career strategy with genuine understanding of the emotional and psychological journey of building a life abroad.
